What exactly does “Traditional Method” mean?
In a nutshell, it means the wine went through a second fermentation in the bottle, the CO2 got trapped, dissolved in the wine and made it bubbly.
The most famous example of wine made using the Traditional Method is Champagne. Our Traditional Method wine is made with the Pinot Noir grape, which is one of the 3 primary grapes used in Champagne.
