• Avonlea cheddar soufflé with Acadian pickled wild blueberries
1st Course – Choice of saffron dandelion soup OR pork rillette with rum mustard
2nd Course – Smoked salmon eggs benedict on a fluffy homemade muffin OR haddock fishcakes and salad, OR horchata waffles with flambéed pears and apple blossom cream
3rd Course -Irish cream panna cotta with chocolate crumbs & salted caramel

Includes one mimosa per guest – or non-alcoholic beverage of choice

Additional Wine by the glass available to purchase to complement your meal
