Take your taste buds to France as Chef Nelson Penner from Wild Feast NS creates a menu perfectly paired with a selection of exclusive wines from the Planters Ridge library.

This evening will feature an exclusive taste of Nova Scotia’s first and only Viognier. This variety originated in Southern France and our vines now grow on a small plot of our Basalt Ridge Vineyard.
We will also be featuring a library vintage of our popular Pinot Noir Barrel Reserve to pair with out Flavours of France menu. Tickets are 140 + tax menu and wine pairing below:
